750 Pratt Street is Baltimore’s premier Class “A” trophy office building in the central business district. Wallace H. Campbell & Co. was engaged by the building’s ownership to provide asset management, facilitate the commercial leasing, as well as provide layered support for the onsite management team. After the lead Tenant of the building vacated due to the terms of a merger agreement, our team stepped in and coordinated a cohesive asset and leasing strategy in cooperation with the building’s commercial broker. Upon executing and coordinating our strategy, we were able to fully reoccupy the building a year ahead of schedule.
