Job Description

• SUMMARY:As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will provide both reactive and preventive maintenance to commercial and residential property within the Baltimore metro area.  Working directly with tenants, owners and property managers to complete work orders on general maintenance requests, emergency maintenance requests and capital projects.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Completion of work orders for commercial and residential properties
    • Non-licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
    • Painting, drywall, carpentry, mason and other
    • Unit turnovers
  • Emergency on call and response to emergency requests

  SCHEDULE:
  Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM excluding company holidays and other PTO, Position requires on call schedule after hours for emergency response

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Property Maintenance experience preferred
  • High school or equivalent degree (preferred)
  • Must have basic drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation to use for work purposes
  • Must have basic tools
  • Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain calendar and scheduling
  • Strong project management Skills
  • Ability to Follow up with customers and vendors in a timely fashion
